How to Become a Trex RainEscape Certified Installer

We appreciate your interest in the Trex RainEscape Certified Installer training. To become certified:

  1. Register for the program.
    Our Trex RainEscape Pro2Pro Installation Expert will follow up with you shortly after. If you have any questions, please contact  Pro2Pro@trexrainescape.com or 1‑877‑348‑1385.
  2. Attend an installation training session.
  3. Test your knowledge by completing an installation questionnaire.

  • Trex RainEscape will warranty the labor to repair/replace any correctly installed system that subsequently fails within the first year after installation.

What will the Installation training session consist of?

  • 60-minute course on installing the system’s basic components and the most common special case installation scenarios.
    • 40-minute installation demonstration followed by multiple-choice questions to test the builder’s knowledge of installing the system.
